As both an educator and a parent, I understand the challenges families, schools, and childcare centres face—especially during the transition to school. Future First Step was created to support children’s social and emotional well-being, build confidence, and help families and educators feel prepared, informed, and supported from the very beginning.

I’m a qualified primary school teacher with a Master's degree in Primary Teaching and a strong passion for supporting children through key transition points in their learning and development. I’m also a certified facilitator of the Peaceful Kids Program, a nationally recognised mindfulness and wellbeing program for children, teens and parents.
