Who we are
Future First Step is a service-based education provider specialising in transition-to-school and social–emotional well-being programs for early learners. We work closely with schools, learning centres, and childcare centres to deliver engaging, play-based experiences that build essential skills in literacy, numeracy, emotional regulation, communication, and social development.
Our programs help children feel confident, prepared, and supported as they step into their new learning environment—while also making the transition smoother for educators and school staff. With a strong focus on resilience, well-being, and school readiness, we aim to nurture well-rounded young individuals who are equipped for long-term academic success and positive social engagement.
Meet our Founder
Naz, the founder of Future First Step, is driven by a passion for empowering young people and building strong connections within the community. With over 15 years of corporate leadership experience and a Master of Primary Teaching, she combines real-world expertise with a deep commitment to children’s wellbeing, confidence, and readiness for their next steps in life.
She believes in the power of a calm mind and a confident heart. Through Future First Step, Naz partners with schools, learning centres, and families to nurture emotional resilience, school readiness, and lifelong learning skills—helping every child step into their future feeling supported, capable, and ready to thrive.
